Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “You should laugh less, for indeed, too much laughter will deaden the heart.” In another narration, he said, “Do not laugh too much, for indeed, too much laughter will deaden the heart.” [Al-Bukhari, Al-Adab Al-Mufrad, Number 252, Hasan]
