To be Muslim is to be in submission and obedience to Allah. He is the one who has no partner. Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, nor the created, nor a part of His Creation. He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just, All-knowing, All-Merciful, the Supreme, the Sovereign. There is no entity worthy of worship besides Him.
